Autoscore provides digital services based on prepaid credits (“Autoscore credits”) that are consumed when generating vehicle evaluation reports. By purchasing a package, you agree to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available only if all of the following conditions are met:
- No Autoscore credits have been used
- The refund request is submitted within 14 days of purchase
- The purchase was made directly via our website and processed by our official Merchant of Record (MoR)
Note: A Merchant of Record (MoR) is an entity that is authorized by a financial institution to process a consumer's credit and debit card transactions on behalf of a business.
If any credits have been used, the purchase becomes non-refundable, as the service is considered partially or fully delivered.
2. Digital Content & Immediate Access
By completing a purchase, you expressly agree to receive immediate access to our digital service. Once any Autoscore credit is used to generate a report, you acknowledge that the service has been delivered and your right to a refund is waived, in accordance with EU digital content regulations.
3. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused credits in a package. Credits are sold as bundles at a discounted rate and are not refundable once the package is activated or partially used.
4. Technical Errors or Service Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service as intended (for example, a failed report generation caused by a system error), please contact us.
In such cases, we may at our discretion:
- Restore affected credits, or
- Issue a full refund if no usable service was delivered
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Used or partially used credit packages
- Dissatisfaction with report results, insights, or conclusions
- Unsupported listings or marketplaces clearly stated as unsupported
- Misuse of the platform
Autoscore provides analytical insights and risk assessments, not guarantees of vehicle condition or future performance.
6. How to Request a Refund

- Reason for the refund request
Approved refunds are processed via MoR and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
