Your car reports and account data are treated as confidential. We do not sell your personal data, and we don’t share your identity or reports with third parties for their own marketing.

Information You Provide
- Account details, email address, and password (stored hashed or via third-party login such as Google).
- Service data including listing URLs you paste, car details, and filters you choose.
- Notes or additional information you add to a report plus saved reports in your dashboard.
- Support requests, feedback, emails you send, in-app chat messages, and bug reports.
- Billing information — payments are processed by providers such as Stripe, and we do not store full card details on our servers.

- IP address and approximate location (country/city level).
- Browser type, device, and operating system.
- Access times, pages viewed, and actions taken (e.g. reports created, errors).
- Cookies and similar technologies to remember your session and preferences.

- Create and show car reports based on the listing URLs and details you provide.
- Save reports to your account so you can revisit or share them.

For analysis and text generation we may send parts of your input (e.g. listing content and car details) to third-party AI providers under data-processing agreements so they can generate responses on our behalf.

When we use conversation or report content to improve our AI systems, we either anonymise it or ask for your consent where required by law.
